If you’re looking for an easy way to be a bit healthier this week, meal prepping yourself a week’s worth of paleo meals is a great place to start.
The paleo diet works by cutting out processed foods that are high in fat and emphasizes loading up on fruits and veggies — which all are high in vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Overall, it fills you up on healthy stuff quicker than processed, fatty foods would, and cuts out empty calories from excess carbs. The best part? It isn’t hard to find super yummy paleo recipes.
