‘Tis the season to finally pull out all of our favorites — cozy knits, fresh neutrals, and moody hues. Looking to inject a few straight-from-the-runway pieces into your fall round-up? We’re sharing a few of our favorite seasonal trends you need to try, along with all the stylist tips and tricks to make it work just for you.
Power Red

Can we all start wearing a little more of this color, please? I’m so excited that this strong hue is taking center stage in wardrobes everywhere this season. It’s bold and statement-making and exudes all the confidence/power/lady boss vibes you can imagine. Afraid of going all in on this trend? Opt for a red bag or shoe to baby-step into wearing this power color.
Victorian Collars

I’m loving the modern classic mix of this fall trend. It’s the simplest ways to dress up your favorite high-waist denim and gives your favorite fall tees a much-needed break for something a bit more special.
Formal Velvet

Soft to the touch and on trend? I’ll take it. Velvet can sometimes get a bad rap, but this season it’s making a major comeback. For your next big event, opt for this on-trend fabric in a muted tone. I absolutely love doing this style of fabric in a rich wine, navy, or metallic color perfect for a variety of occasions.
Strong Shoulders

I absolutely love the way a structured jacket with slightly oversized shoulders creates a strong and powerful silhouette on nearly every body type. Paired with denim, trousers, and even pencil skirts, it’s an easy add-on for crisp fall days — a simple way to switch up your wardrobe.
Vintage Florals

I’ve seen these also referred to as “couch florals,” but I just thought this was a better way to put it. A floral dress or top is truly an outfit maker. I love it in a shirtdress style like Thank Fifi, but you can also do this pretty pattern in a wrap dress, blouse, or even pants (I love them in a cropped wide-leg silhouette that surprisingly works on a variety of different body types).
